Her goal is to nurture a community where residents experience a true sense of home and belonging. Under her leadership, Desert Winds is dedicated to maintaining a loving, supportive atmosphere making it a welcoming place for everyone who enters.

Nora Dartoe
Executive Director of Assisted Living & Memory Support
Nora joined Senior Living Services in November of 2018, where she started as a Certified Caregiver and Medicine Technician. Recently, we are happy to announce that she became the Executive Director at Desert Winds Assisted Living and Memory Support, where she has graciously devoted much of her time servicing our senior family members. Noras favorite past times include spending quality moments with much of her loving friends and family.
Courtney Brogdon
Marketing Consultant of Assisted Living & Memory Support
Courtney has been serving Seniors for over 20 years as an Activity Director where she enjoys planning and participating in activities for the residents. Courtney cherishes the bond she naturally has with Seniors and loves to hear the stories they share. It’s very special and heart warming when she brings out a smile on a senior’s face. Her favorite past time is sharing time with her three children and French Bulldog ”Stella”.
